Join ABURI SUSHI at Waterworks Food Hall on JANUARY 20 for a one-night-only A5 MIYAZAKI WAGYU SUKIYAKI (Japanese hotpot) experience with Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki, featuring an exclusive 9-course tasting menu crafted just for Aburi Sushi Waterworks.

Your evening begins with Yellowtail Monaka, followed by an Aburi Sashimi Trio of hotate, salmon toro, chūtoro. The highlights of the night include our signature A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Sukiyaki, served with seasonal vegetables, and the foie gras Oshi Temaki featured later in the tasting experience. A progression of temaki follows: saba Bō Sushi Temaki, Aburi Toro Nigiri Temaki, Aburi Salmon Toro Nigiri Temaki, and Toro Taku Temaki with miso soup. The journey concludes with a delicate Ginger Panna Cotta.

Tickets are $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Limited seatings at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM are available — reserve now before it sells out.
