Join ABURI SUSHI at Waterworks Food Hall for a one-night-only lamb and wagyu sukiyaki (Japanese hotpot) event on september 16.

Experience a 9-course tasting menu featuring elevated selections such as hamachi monaka, Aburi sashimi (chutoro, hotate), matsutake & A5 wagyu shabu shabu with an optional upgrade to A5 Miyazaki wagyu, and a series of refined handrolls and nigiri such as Aburi salmon oshi temaki, lobster temaki, and toro taku temaki. Finish with a refreshing ginger panna cotta.

Tickets are $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Limited seatings at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM are available — reserve now before it sells out!
