Join ABURI SUSHI at Waterworks Food Hall on August 19 for a one-night-only OYSTER and Wagyu Shabu Shabu (Japanese hotpot) experience, CREATED by Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki.

Experience a 9-course tasting menu featuring elevated selections such as Lobster Monaka, Aburi sashimi (Hamachi, Chutoro), and Oyster & Wagyu shabu shabu with summer vegetables, with an optional upgrade to A5 Miyazaki wagyu. The menu continues with a series of refined handrolls and nigiri including Salmon Oshi Temaki, Belt Fish Bo-sushi Temaki, Aburi Toro Nigiri Temaki, Aburi Salmon Toro Nigiri Temaki, and Toro Taku Temaki, served with miso soup. Finish with a refreshing Japanese Young Ginger Panna Cotta.
