Join ABURI SUSHI at Waterworks Food Hall on Tuesday, November 18 for a one-night-only Hokkaido a5 Wagyu and seafood shabu shabu (Japanese hotpot) event with Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki.


Experience the best of Hokkaido with a refined 9-course tasting menu that celebrates the island’s exceptional ingredients. Highlights include Hokkaido Uni & Ikura Monaka, Hokkaido Sanma Aburi Temaki, and a luxurious Hokkaido a5 wagyu and Seafood Shabu Shabu. The journey concludes with a delicate Japanese young ginger panna cotta, a refreshing finish to a true Hokkaido feast.
