Inspired by the fleeting beauty of cherry blossom season, this exclusive evening showcases a thoughtfully curated 9-course tasting menu.

Begin your journey with a sakuradai Monaka, followed by an Aburi Sashimi Duo featuring Chutoro and Hamachi, highlighting the clean, vibrant flavours of the season. At the heart of the experience is our premium Sakuradai & A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Shabu Shabu, gently simmered in a comforting miso soy milk broth, accompanied by an assortment of fresh spring vegetables that capture the lightness and renewal of early spring.

The experience continues with a selection of signature temaki, including Salmon Oshi SUSHI and Aji Nigiri, followed by Takowasa and Toro Taku, each bite offering a balance of richness and freshness. Conclude with Tai Chazuke, a soothing finish of sea bream over rice with warm tea, before ending on a soft, floral note with a delicate Ginger Panna Cotta.

Priced at $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity), this exclusive experience is available in limited seatings at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Reservations are highly recommended to secure your place for this elegant spring evening.
